		<description>Hello,
We process domain registrations and use the godaddy reseller service wildwestdomains. There is some information that you should have been told and clearly were not. Almost all of the $80 charge to recover a domain from redemption is paid to Verisign. The redemption recovery cost is a pass-through. If you have a domain with godaddy enter redemption and don't use the domain (which is why you didn't notice), you may wish to consider using their $18 backorder service to recover it instead. It isn't 100% guaranteed, but has been successful anytime we've had a customer make a similar error. The best choice, of course, is to have a good email contact address in your registrant info to know it is expiring. I just thought you would like to know that it isn't a greed situation.
Thanks,
Dav</description>
