Macbook released

Apple released the MacBook today…it’s the replacement for the iBook, complete with the move to the Intel platform.
It’s a pretty damned nice looking machine, especially the glossy black.
Bad news is that works’ software won’t run on Intel yet, and that the black costs $200 more for no discernible reason.
Sigh.

The metadata says it was created on 7/1/04. Is this a default image on a razr? Does anyone else have this?

Bruce Springsteen - The Seeger Sessions

As much as I like this, I can’t bring myself to listen to it anymore. It’s depressing.

Tom Cruise is a bad influence on wannabe doctors

IMDB says…

Tom Cruise has prompted a Californian politician to introduce legislation to ban the sale of ultrasound machines to anyone but licensed medical professionals. Last year, Cruise announced he had purchased a $200,000 ultrasound machine and admitted he performed sonograms on pregnant fiancee Katie Holmes “a lot.” Assemblyman Ted Lieu believes the Mission: Impossible III [...]
