Too funny. Damned if I don’t love Google in the most unnatural way.

Last nights episode of Lost was one of the coolest things ever on tv. Integrating the two new characters into the early show scenes was very slickly done, and Paulos discovery of the islands secrets, which he cared nothing about because of his diamond lust, was funny to me.

But the ending. Oh man, that ending…wow. Poe would be proud.

PS: Sawyer as the voice of the audience never gets old ‘who the hell are you?’, haha.

PPS: Anyone else notice the distinct lack of Michael and Walt? At least Vincent was there to represent them.

PPPS: Did I mention today that Sawyer (Josh Holloway) grew up in Free Home GA, a tiny little town that’s barely a blip on the map, and that I drive through there every single day? Who wants to touch me?

WEST WARWICK, Rhode Island (AP) — A teenager was killed by a hit-and-run driver at the same spot where his 14-year-old friend had died in a car crash just hours earlier.

Andrew Coit, 18, was hit by a car after 4 a.m. Saturday as he played a guitar at a makeshift memorial to Darien Plass, 14, on West Warwick’s Main Street. Plass died after driving his mother’s minivan into a utility pole late Friday, friends of both teenagers told the Providence Journal.

“He wanted to play one last song for (Plass), and that was the last time anyone saw him. He loved singing. He died doing what he loved doing,” said Coit’s friend, Dennis Sullivan.

Plass’ friends said he had been drinking and took his mother’s minivan without her knowledge. Coit and other friends set up the memorial.

Sullivan told the newspaper the mourners remained at the memorial until about 4 a.m., but Coit stayed behind to play one more song for Plass by himself.

Minutes later, police received a call of a man down, and an ambulance crew found Coit on the sidewalk. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

“He died pretty much instantly. He did not suffer,” Alan Coit said of his son.

Police were searching for the hit-and-run driver who hit Coit, said Detective Sgt. James Tiernan.

Woman buys over $1K in tainted pet food - Yahoo! News:

BEAUFORT, S.C. - A woman said she was so worried about reports of tainted pet food she spent more than $1,000 buying all the product she could find at her local Wal-Mart. Margaret Trask said she filled a shopping cart full of canned pet food made by Canadian company Menu Foods at the Beaufort Wal-Mart after hearing about the recall Friday.

She returned Wednesday morning to buy more food and came back that night to buy even more, but Trask said store officials asked her to leave. She said store employees were taking some of the food off the shelves.

Trask plans to throw the food away so no animals eat it. She figures she spent more than $1,000.

Some of the 60 million cans and pouches of food have been blamed for kidney failure in scores of animals and killed at least 16 pets.

Not all the food Trask bought was included in the recall.

Trask also took out classified ads in at least two local newspapers, listing all of the recall pet food brands.

“A lot of people don’t know about the recall,” Trask said. “I don’t know what else to do.”
