Damned song is stuck in my head. Turns out it is by ‘They Might Be Giants’, who have been around since, err, forever. I hope they release this as a full track sometime.

I heart Scrubs.

Does this strike anyone else as hypocritical? We lose 33 college age kids every month in Iraq but we aren’t on constant half-staff alert.

Hell, televise their funerals, talk about it until you’re blue in the face, but preserve the sanctity of lowering our national symbol for those who die in military service (no matter how misguided it is).

What’s next? Are their families going to receive settlements from the government like the WTC victims? Will there be a national day of remembrance? Remind me, how much of a cash settlement do the families fo dead soldiers get when they are killed?

Is murder going to be the next terrorist threat? Will your local crack dealer be sent to Guantanamo Bay?

Argh.

PS: Will the next kid that goes psycho PLEASE locate Nancy Grace and do at least one good thing by smoking that crazy bitch? I swear she had glee in her eyes the night of the shooting…she was damned near orgasmic.

Last nights episode of Lost was one of the coolest things ever on tv. Integrating the two new characters into the early show scenes was very slickly done, and Paulos discovery of the islands secrets, which he cared nothing about because of his diamond lust, was funny to me.

But the ending. Oh man, that ending…wow. Poe would be proud.

PS: Sawyer as the voice of the audience never gets old ‘who the hell are you?’, haha.

PPS: Anyone else notice the distinct lack of Michael and Walt? At least Vincent was there to represent them.

PPPS: Did I mention today that Sawyer (Josh Holloway) grew up in Free Home GA, a tiny little town that’s barely a blip on the map, and that I drive through there every single day? Who wants to touch me?
